Macase offers a variety of removable hard drive kits, often known as mobile racks.  They are available in SCSI, IDE and SATA.  Most all of the kits are the all aluminum type housings with cooling fans for greater heat dissipation.  They can be mounted in any 5.25” standard sized bay with exterior access.
